Online Entrepreneur Fitness: Improve You Posture

Good posture is essential for desk bound workers. If you are slouching or leaning on one arm at the desk you need to practice this exercise.
Yes, the mirror is screaming out to me about my terrible posture too.
Rhomboid Stretch
If you are like I was, you won’t have any idea where your rhomboid is.
Turns out the rhomboid is the muscle between your shoulder blades.
Now work it baby!
Stand against a wall with heels, bottom, shoulders and head touching. Squeeze your shoulder blades tightly together. Your shoulders should draw back opening up the chest. Hold for 1 minute, rest and repeat.

This exercise is great for strengthening the rhomboid. It will help you hold great posture without having to remind yourself to pull your shoulders back.
Another great idea is to sit on a fit ball at your desk; it will strengthen your core as well as improving your posture. You can pick them up cheap from sports stores as well as discount shops.
Do you need to improve your posture? Do you use a fit ball at your desk?
